1) Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our products are made to high standards and are rigourously inspection on production, and our products are packed to ensure safe delivery, we appreciate that accidents may occur in transit.
2) Any goods received damaged must be returned with original packing box(es) within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to exchange if required.
3) Any other returns must be within 7 days, with a valid reason for return, and goods must be in a re-sellable condition on arrival at our warehouse, or no refund will be made.
4) Any items made or purchased specifically for a customer under the customer's instructions will only receive a 50% refund due to the cost of the production of our goods.
5) If there is any quality issues, please provide pictures to show the quality problems. After the quality problems are confirmed, the shipping cost for return will be reimbursed. If there is no quality problems, any shipping cost for return and re-sending the goods will be beared by the buyer.
